True luxury is never contrived; it is about creating an intentional atmosphere of effortless grace and quiet confidence. Growing up amidst the historic architecture, manicured gardens and coastal influence of Annapolis, Maryland, I developed a lifelong reverence for the "great bones” as well as organic beauty of a space and the belief that every design choice must contribute to the value, experience, and the overall vision.
Today, I bring that editorial and discerning lens, along with an education in business and art history, careers in hotel hospitality, off premise catering and event planning as well as my passion for painting, interior design, and the culinary arts—to celebrations across the Mid-Atlantic, the Midwest, and the East Coast.
Our client’s stories come to life by fusing the endless mediums of incredible infrastructure, luminous lighting, and floral fantasies with layering of fine textiles and perfected place settings. We aren’t just “planning”; we are orchestrating a first-of-its-kind experience. We are honoring a milestone, marking an occasion, and celebrating like never before.

In June of 2004, this celebration established my belief in ‘great bones’ and the symmetry of hospitality. Working alongside the legendary Bill Homan of Design Cuisine and Rick Davis of Amaryllis, we took risks, engineered precision, and brought the silver irons and chilled lavender scented towels.
I look back on this image so fondly and know for sure that true elegance doesn’t age, it matures.
I refer to my style and signature approach, as "Laid-Back Luxe", inspired by a favorite quote from my Ritz-Carlton Era: "Elegance in the absence of warmth is arrogance," —Horst Schulze, the CEO at the time. This wisdom is my foundation for providing my own Gold Standards. It is the hybrid of the personal and professional relationship with our clients managing our process always with warmth, wisdom and wit. I want it to be flawless as much as I want it to be fun. It should feel good for everyone along the way and on the big day.
Drawing on twenty-five years of dedicated work in events and hospitality, from complex hotel renovations and property openings to elite off premise catering in Washington, DC and Chicago, I bring seasoned intuition, and team leadership and first class experience and takeaways from literally hundreds of events in my treasure chest to architect one-of-a-kind dreams for my clients.
Our process is a creative, high-energy collaboration designed to be as joyful as the celebration itself. I am here to ensure that when the music starts and the candles are lit, you aren't managing a production—you are simply a guest at your own masterpiece.
